Product Description
This technology establishes a spinning technology for recycling T/C blended yarn. After analyzing the short fiber blending ratio, the formula is redesigned, and the blending ratio is adjusted according to the spinning condition before spinning into T/C or CVC yarn. The nylon fabric is recycled, followed by a rigorous cleaning and drying process, followed by melting, granulation, and spinning into silk threads. Through the high-end yarn sampling verification platform of the Textile Institute, the long and short fiber processing is carried out, providing comprehensive one-stop yarn technology research and development and product mass production development services.
