This technology is an innovative 2.5D weaving machine DIFA jointly developed by the Taiwan Textile Research Institute and the Czech company VÚTS, which can be highly modified according to product needs. The Air Jack developed by DIFA weaving machine is used in more high-end industrial applications. It is the first full polyester three-dimensional inflatable deformable fabric in Taiwan. It has high tension and support to meet the load-bearing requirements. This product uses a single material of full polyester to implement the sustainable recycling design concept and achieve a mono material that is easy to recycle. In addition, through digital weaving technology, before product design, the parameter prediction system is used to simulate product styles to assist in rapid product development and solve the problem of over-design.
