Product Description

Far-Infrared Warmth Polyester Yarn is manufactured through an advanced spinning process that uniformly incorporates sub-micron far-infrared ceramic powders into polyester chips. Available in standard specifications ranging from 50D to 150D / 36F to 144F (including DTY and FDY filaments) to meet diverse fabric weaving requirements.

Primary Applications: Widely used in thermal underwear, self-heating base layers, sportswear, outdoor apparel, thermal socks, and home textiles.

Key Advantages:

Efficient Heat Retention & Emission: Absorbs body and ambient heat to emit 4-14μm far-infrared rays, stimulating microcirculation for active warming and long-lasting thermal protection.

Permanent Functionality: Functional ceramic particles are embedded directly within the fiber core, providing permanent performance that remains intact after repeated laundering.

Comfort & Durability: Combines polyester’s inherent high strength, wrinkle resistance, and quick-drying properties with a soft hand-feel, offering lightweight warmth and superior wear comfort.
