1. Suitable for sizing of various fibers with good bundling, especially recommended for sizing of PET and Nylon fibers (suitable for dry air-jet and rapier looms).
2. PS-320A is sizing and dried to form a tough film to resist the temperature and humidity encountered during weaving, reducing warp stopping and weaving defects, and improve efficiency and quality.
3. Low foam, will not cause poor sizing coating.
4. It has good drape properties and can be used as a cold sizing agent for various fibers (but generally not recommended to be below 15℃), sizing in monofilament, or sizing combined machine.
5. It is easy to desizing. Most of the slurry has been removed with hot water above 80℃; anionic or non-ionic scouring penetrant, alkali, and chelating dispersant can be used, and the temperature above 85℃ can obtain satisfactory desizing effect.
