Product Description

This technology is aimed at T/C, T/R and other blended fibers. The materials are separated by TEMPO oxidation method, and then polyester fibers, cellulose, and pharmaceuticals are recovered through a filtration system. After recycling, polyester can be used to produce recycled ester grains, yarns, and fabrics. Waste textiles are separated and treated at room temperature by using chemical agents. After the cellulose material is degraded, the polyester fiber is separated and recovered. Conventionally, this is achieved through high-temperature treatment. This technology solved the shortcomings of this type of treatment by treating polyester/cotton waste textiles at room temperature by using water as the medium, thereby reducing the negative effect of the treatment on the performance of recycled materials and achieving cost efficiency.
