- Laminated & Coating with almost full covering in hollow area on the substrates or fabrics, improve physical properties & better adhesion, possible without glue.
- Perforating with 3D funnel shape of micro holes on laminated fabric at film side, Air convection (in-Out) & harmless fabric’s structure to keep & harmless for the fabric as original as possible. And possible Zone or partial design breathability requirements.
- Printing & Dyeing at one process, print color and pattern on the film, then laminate & perforate on film side. Much less water used and process.
- 3D Structure Shaped, for Pattern design on films & laminated substrates.
