「Nano-One」 Commercialization of Plastic Nanofiber

The Plastic Nanofiber produced by N&PA Technology is an innovator in its field where it uses non-woven fabric as supplementary material to mass produce Nanofiber. 「Nano-One」 uses non-woven fabric alongside with Polypropylene, PET and other recyclable plastic material to produce products that can be rolled-up. This can be tailored to different client needs, available in domination between 40g/m2 and 200g/m2 , applicable to raw material or processed material.

「Nano-One」Main features:
- The fiber diameter of Nanofiber is 500nm ~ 800nm (equivalent to 0.5µm ~ 0.8µm), its micro-size would be a main competitive advantage. Its surface area is 100 times to 10,000 times larger than hair. The micro-size allows for more surface area to be in contact with air, which is key to better heat preservation.
- The outstanding characters: Nano-One is excellent in heat preservation, and filtering capability; highly water repellant and waterproof; it is also antibacterial and anti-odor. These unique characteristics are strong value-adds to differentiate your products.
