Ocean Plastics always put all efforts into developing sustainable and eco-friendly PU resins and PU leather materials. OPC has producing PU resins and PU Leather with DMF-Free into four categories since 1998:

Waterborne/ Water-Based Polyurethane Resin (WBPU)
Non-Solvent Type Prepolymer Polyurethane Resin (PPU)
WBPU synthetic leather and film
PPU synthetic leather

Waterborne/Water-Beased PU Resin-20 years experiences, highly recognized and reliable quality by industry.

- Synthesize high-performance water-based PU resin according to customer needs and great physical properties-( (hydrolysis resistance, yellowing resistance, abrasion resistance, flexing resistance and softness and elasticity , etc.

- Functional fabrics process- it can be applied to fabric coating (such as waterproof and water pressure resistance or other functions), binding yarn, laminating glue, PU foam coating, dipping and other functional or final processing

- For synthetic leather production : water-based layer , adhesive, foam, water-based surface treatment agent

- PU Foam membrane (FOAMTEX): hydrophilic& breathable membrane, hydrophobic membrane, can be used for garment materials, buffer materials, medical protective gear, packaging materials, etc.

- Features: For physical properties, this can replace almost all traditional PU products

Non-Solvent Type Prepolymer Polyurethane Resin (PPU)：More than 10 years of production experience( stable quality)
- No Solvent included、High Solid PU
- More elasticity, flexibility, wrinkle resistance and solid hand feels Products: PPU resin, film, synthetic leather

Ocean Plastics-Eco PU can replace traditional solvent-based PU with Dry& Wet process, and can provide variety of choices. Moreover we can pass physical& chemical testing of SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas and other institutions.
Our factory can also pass REACH, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, ISO audit and other environmental and chemical requirements.
