Ultrasonic Roll Sealing Machine model KSR3010 serial is a flat-bad version machine. The serial is radial sono-vibration with rolling horn in bed bottom and rolling anvil wheel on the bed top, this is able to provide friendly operation for sealing the over cross seams. The stable ultrasonic system and uniform amplitude make it easier to achieve work requirement.
Features :
1. Flat-bed version (bottom sontrode), two different wheel optional.
2. Radial horn's vibration, the rotation of horn and wheel is in the same direction, it is easy to cut and seal for arc processing.
3. No need needles, threads, adhesive, or other consumables.
4. Available to seal thermoplastic sheets, laminated, textiles and non-woven.
