Industrial inventory (surplus) cloth is remelted and granulated through physical methods, with polyester structural damage due to high- temperature use and oxidation mitigated. In addition, high-dispersion spinning-grade regenerated ester pellets are created through the use of key technologies such as impurity filtration, chain extension, viscosity increase, and chromaticity control. The regenerated ester pellets are blended with primary ester pellets in spinning to meet the global recycling standard of at least 20% recycled materials. Regarding their carbon reduction potential, the regenerated ester pellets can be produced with at least 60% less CO2 emitted than primary ester pellets, meeting the national net-zero emission policies and goals of Taiwan.
