Comforter production line:
The first process: only one step to complete the combination of upper & lower fabric, sandwich the fabric & inner padding, sewing the 4 sides & logo tagging etc. Reduce labour requirement tremendously.
The second process: the comforter is front-in & back-out, auto distributing, auto-clamping, auto-tensioning, saved the manual mounting and framing work. Three layers of standalone single needle quilting machine working independently.
