MEXOL PW can be used in water-jet looms and dry looms (air-jet and rapier). The recent looms tend to be high-speed, and the fabrics are becoming thinner and denier. The yarn has good smoothness after oiling. During the weaving process, the amount of glue falling on healds, reeds, and DROPER metal parts is reduced to a minimum, thereby improving weaving efficiency. Water-jet looms pay more attention to the quality of post-finishing agents, such as water spraying on MEXOL PW, which has appropriate waterproofness, reduces glue fall, prevents GUM UP from clogging, and promotes fast weaving.
