CIRCULAR TOGETHER: NYLON MADE FROM RECYCLED FISHING NETS
Let's be creative with recycling fish nets- 640,000 tons of fishing nets are discarded in the ocean and this ghost nets poses an environmental hazard.
Based on this observation, "ECOMAX" has figured out an innovative solution to reduce the amount of ghost nets in the ocean by turning them into wearable fabric and named as "NYHI".
After categorizing post-use nylon fishing nets component, they subject to deep cleansing and drying properly and then they are able to progress into pellets making and yarn spinning.
Using the recycled fishing net nylon raw materials, every 10,000 tons can achieve:
1) Reduce the global warming impact of Recycled Nylon by 80% (when compared with traditional nylon.)
2) Reduce 57,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide.
3) Save 70,000 barrels of crude oil.
