KCC eco friendly zipper are mainly made of used PET bottles. Used PET bottles are cleaned, crushed, melted and pumped as plastic pellets, then recycled yarn are made and finally weaving the zipper tape to produce KCC eco friendly zipper. 100% of raw material is certified by Control Union with GRS certificate.
Track Type Water- Repellent Zipper
KCC track type water repellent zipper is the first one-piece water repellent zipper in the world. It reduces the complicated production processes of traditional water repellent zipper which include spinning, yarn-twisting, tape-weaving, chain-forming, sewing, dyeing, setting, film-laminating.
