Merryson: Eco + Fashion + Function
Merryson Corporation, the largest jacquard woven fabrics supplier and manufacturer in Taiwan, is equipped with advanced jacquard weaving facility and top designing group. The company’s production capacity is 300,000 yards per month, mainly for functional outdoor wear and home textile markets.
Since the jacquard loom can individually control the up & down motion of every warp yarn, comparing to printed and embossed fabrics, jacquard textiles feature much better 3D and layer appearance, furthermore the novel artworks and intricate designs can be achieved by changing yarn materials. Meanwhile, the manufacture process is more energy saving and eco-friendly. Due to the more complex weaving process, more expensive equipment and relatively rarer fabric designers, the selling price of jacquard is higher than general fabrics, making it a rather luxurious fabric in woven textiles.

Recycled of Biodegradable PET to develop different texture Jacquard.
The collection includes “3D texture collection”, “Down Proof collection”
and “High Visual (pass EN 20471) collection”.
it is Eco-friendly and suitable for vest and Jacket.
- Hybrid Woven Jacquard
Seamweld/seamless, 2 or more texture/patterns on the same fabric, it is more eco-friendly and suitable for pants or Jacket.
- Triple weave puffy Jacquard
Seamless with quilting look, it has thermal effect and soft hand feeling. It could be stretch. It is also suitable for vest and Jacket.
- Jacquard lamination soft-shell
We can weave different texture pattern and different from solid fabric .
Two or three-layered with WP & MVP membranes, suitable for winter outdoor gears.
- Jacquard double-weave & high-density stretch soft-shell
Jacquard face & softer backer, stretch & comfort, water & wind resistant, excellent for all seasons sports like rock climbing and mountaineering.
- Woolly Jacquard
The merit of Wool yarn includes “”Temperature Regulation” and “Odor Control” etc.,
it is good for outdoor fabric .We use Jacquard machine to create innovation fabric (include “Breathable Mesh , Double weave etc., )and is suitable for different seasons.
